Medical Treatment<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Releasor consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury or illness during the activity\/event. The Releasor releases the Releasee from any claims related to medical care, including costs or consequences arising from the treatment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Binding Effect<\/strong><br \/>\nThis Agreement shall be binding upon the Releasor, their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. It is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. This includes but is not limited to use in advertising, promotional materials, social media, editorial publications, websites, and other media formats, in both digital and print formats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Ownership<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all photographs taken. The Subject waives any claims to ownership, compensation, or financial gain from the use of the photographs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Compensation<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Subject acknowledges and agrees that no monetary compensation is due for the use of the images. Any agreed-upon compensation or services will be outlined separately and are not part of this Release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Release and Waiver<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Subject releases the Photographer and their legal representatives, licensees, and assigns from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the photographs, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or any misuse of the images.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Editing and Alteration<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Photographer may edit, modify, crop, or otherwise adjust the photographs as necessary for their intended purpose, provided the changes do not misrepresent or harm the Subject\u2019s image or reputation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Duration of Agreement<\/strong><br \/>\nThis release is perpetual and does not expire. The Photographer may use the photographs indefinitely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. This content may be used by the Releasee on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Purpose of Use<\/strong><br \/>\nThe content may be used for advertising, promotion, informational or educational purposes, general social media updates, and any lawful purpose as deemed appropriate by the Releasee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Duration of Use<\/strong><br \/>\nThis release is perpetual and does not have an expiration date. The Releasee may use the content indefinitely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Compensation<\/strong><br \/>\nNo monetary compensation will be provided for the use of the content. The Releasor acknowledges and agrees that the release of content is voluntary and does not involve financial payment or remuneration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Ownership and Attribution<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Releasor retains ownership of the original content. The Releasee agrees to credit the Releasor when using the content by providing appropriate attribution, such as tagging or mentioning the Releasor\u2019s social media handles or name, whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Release and Waiver<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Releasor releases the Releasee from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from the use of the content on social media platforms, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Content Alteration<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Releasee is permitted to edit, modify, or adapt the content as necessary for use on social media platforms, provided that the edits do not misrepresent or harm the Releasor\u2019s image or reputation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Agreement Modification<\/strong><br \/>\nThis Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Permission to Use Video Footage<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Participant grants the Producer and their legal representatives, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to record, use, reproduce, and publish video footage featuring the Participant. This includes the Participant\u2019s image, voice, and likeness for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotional materials, educational content, and media productions in any format.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Ownership<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Producer retains full ownership and copyright of all video footage and recordings. The Participant waives any claims to ownership, royalties, or financial compensation for the use of the video footage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Purpose and Scope<\/strong><br \/>\nThe video footage may be used for purposes such as:<br \/>\n\u2022 Commercial advertising<br \/>\n\u2022 Promotional materials<br \/>\n\u2022 Social media posts<br \/>\n\u2022 Educational or informational content<br \/>\n\u2022 Media broadcasts<br \/>\n\u2022 Other lawful purposes in any medium (digital or print) now known or hereafter developed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
